They don't make them like this anymore. The Old Town Katahdin is a true Maine workhorse, built rugged like the Mainers who made them. Designed with a wide, flat-bottom hull, it delivers rock-steady stability whether you are standing up to wet a line or hauling heavy camp gear across Moosehead Lake. Beneath the fiberglass layup sits its true backbone—a real wooden parquet floor embedded directly into the bottom for rigid durability and a very cool retro look, while a full-length keel enhances tracking to keep you dead straight in a stiff crosswind. It is an honest piece of wilderness craftsmanship: tough, stable, and utterly dependable.

This is a classic Old Town Canoe that has many years left in it. Used but solid and in very good condition.
